Working With Us

We love getting to know new clients and want the process to feel easy and comfortable. If we choose to work together, everything will be handled through your secure online portal—signatures, documents, and quick back‑and‑forth questions. It keeps things organized and lets us focus on what really matters: helping you feel confident about your taxes. Once your engagement letter is signed, we’ll get started.
And just a heads‑up: we’ve moved fully digital, so we’re no longer accepting paper documents.

1. Onboarding

New clients start with a 15–30 minute meeting to review your situation and see if we're a good fit. Use the Contact Us form to schedule and upload your prior tax returns. We typically send an estimate within seven days after the meeting.

Prepaid consultations are also available.

2. Getting Started

If we move forward, everything is handled through your secure portal—signatures, document requests, and tax questions. Once the engagement letter is signed, we begin. We no longer accept paper documents.

3. Communication

  • Email: Reminders and general updates

  • Portal Messaging: Document requests and tax‑return questions

  • Phone: Available by appointment

  • Virtual Meetings: Available by appointment

4. Payment

Invoices are sent once your draft return is ready. Consulting is billed monthly. We accept checks, bank withdrawals, and credit cards.
